2. Data we collect
- Enquiry forms: name, email, session interest, preferred dates, and message content.
- Bookings: contact details, payment reference, attendance records, and optional pre-session chart lists you submit.
- Technical data: basic server logs (IP address, browser type, pages viewed) and cookie consent choice stored locally in your browser.
3. How we use data
We use your information to respond to enquiries, confirm sessions, prepare materials, improve our website, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal data. We do not use enquiry data for unrelated marketing without your consent.
4. Legal bases
Processing is based on steps prior to a contract (responding to enquiries and bookings), performance of our training agreement, legitimate interests in operating a secure website, and compliance with applicable law.
5. Retention
Enquiry records are kept for up to twenty-four months unless a booking follows. Booking and payment records are retained for seven years for accounting and tax purposes. Server logs rotate within ninety days. Cookie consent choices remain in your browser until cleared.
6. Sharing
We may share data with payment processors, email providers, and print suppliers only as needed to deliver services. Charts you submit for pre-session review are seen by assigned instructors and deleted from active folders within sixty days after the session unless you request earlier deletion.
7. International transfers
Our primary systems are in Thailand. If we use overseas email or analytics providers, we ensure appropriate safeguards such as contractual clauses or provider certifications consistent with applicable requirements.
8. Your rights
