1. Acceptance

By accessing this website or submitting an enquiry, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. Session participation is subject to separate confirmation email terms sent at booking.

2. Services described

Portal Redwood Path provides in-person chart reading training — workshops, clinics, coaching, and group review seats. We do not execute trades, manage client funds, or provide personalised investment advice. Materials are educational and relate to watchlist preparation and chart triage methods.

3. Bookings and payment

Session dates are confirmed in writing after deposit receipt where required. Prices quoted on the website are informational until confirmed in email. Payment methods and deposit amounts are stated at booking. Failure to pay deposits by the stated deadline may release your seat to other participants.

4. Intellectual property

Workbook layouts, triage sheets, site copy, and studio photographs are owned by Portal Redwood Path Co., Ltd. or used under licence. You may use printed materials provided during sessions for personal trading preparation. You may not reproduce, sell, or publicly redistribute workbook pages without written permission.

5. Participant conduct

Participants must behave respectfully toward instructors and peers. Disruptive conduct, recording without consent, or sharing other participants’ chart details outside the session may result in removal without refund.

6. Limitation of liability

Training content describes methods for organising chart review. We do not guarantee trading results. To the fullest extent permitted by Thai law, Portal Redwood Path Co., Ltd. is not liable for trading losses, missed opportunities, or indirect damages arising from use of our materials or attendance at sessions. Our total liability for any claim relating to a session is limited to the fee paid for that session.

7. Website availability

We aim to keep the site available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Content may change without notice. External image hosts and fonts may occasionally affect layout; core session information is also available by email.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bangkok, unless mandatory consumer protection rules require otherwise.
