Refund & cancellation policy

Last updated: August 2026. Applies to sessions booked with Portal Redwood Path Co., Ltd..

1. Scope

This policy covers the Watchlist Preparation Workshop, Chart Triage Clinic, Private Desk Coaching, Weekly Market Review seats, and corporate group bookings. Printed workbook materials supplied with sessions are physical goods included in the session fee.

2. Cancellation by you

• More than 14 days before the session: Full refund of amounts paid, or free reschedule to the next available date within six months.
• 7–14 days before: Deposit retained; remaining balance refunded if already paid, or applied to a rescheduled date once within six months.
• Less than 7 days before: No refund unless we can fill your seat from a waitlist. Reschedule at our discretion with a 500 THB administrative fee.

3. No-shows

Failure to attend without prior notice forfeits the session fee. Contact us as early as possible if you are delayed — we cannot guarantee partial credit for late arrival.

4. Cancellation by us

If we cancel due to instructor illness, venue issue, or insufficient enrolment for a clinic minimum, you receive a full refund or priority transfer to another date at your choice.

5. Deposits

Workshop and private coaching deposits are 30% of the quoted fee. Deposits are non-refundable inside the 7–14 day window above but may transfer once to a new date. Corporate bookings may have custom deposit terms stated in the quote.

6. Partial refunds

If you attend but leave within the first thirty minutes due to a documented emergency, we may offer a partial credit toward a future session — not a cash refund — assessed case by case.

7. Non-refundable items

• Completed sessions where materials were provided and the scheduled hours elapsed
• Rush booking fees and travel surcharges for on-site coaching
• Monthly review seats for weeks already attended within the billing month
• Extra printed workbook copies purchased separately once dispatched

8. Rescheduling

One free reschedule is permitted when requested at least fourteen days ahead. Additional changes incur a 500 THB fee. Rescheduled sessions must occur within six months of the original date.

9. Refund process

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within fourteen business days. Bank transfer refunds require the account details you used for payment. You receive email confirmation when processed.
